FAQ
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can only cancel before the subscription starts or after 1 week. Upon cancellation you will receive a refund.
What if I cancel my subscription after week 1 of receiving the box?
If you cancel after week one, you will not receive a refund unless otherwise discussed with the owners.
What is included?
Each box contains fruit, vegetables, a recipe, a coupon, and a special item.
What if I don't like what is in the box?
You can exchange contents for equal or lesser value. Make sure to inform a supervisor with any items that you do not enjoy so we can make sure to not include it again.
What if I can't make a week (ex. on vacation or home sick)
As long as you inform a supervisor 24 hours in advance, we can postpone a week. However, if you are a "no show" (which means you don't inform us or show up for your order), you do NOT receive a refund or a postponed week.
How do I know which box is for me?
Each box goes by the amount of people in your household, averaging about 3lbs of produce per person. Kim is very generous when filling the boxes so often times a "personal" box is enough fresh produce for two people. You CAN always change the size of your box mid-subscription if you need to upgrade or downsize.
Do I have to do all 8 or 16 weeks?
No, you can sign up for a gift box which would be a one-time deal if you didn't want to commit to a weekly subscription.
When do we pick up our orders?
Orders will be available for pick up on a certain day arranged between you and Kim. Often times it is either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Can we get our box delivered?
No, they are pickup only. If you have no way of picking up a weekly box but are interested, please call the store at 570-630-5031 or email gadomskifarmmarket@gmail.com to see if arrangements can be made.
Can I join mid-season?
Unfortunately, you CANNOT join the full 16 week subscription midseason. However you can join for a shortened amount of time. Call the store at 570-630-5031 and ask to speak to a supervisor.
Can I upgrade by box size mid-season?
Yes, if you find that the initial box you chose is not the correct size you can either upgrade or downsize. Please call the store at 570-630-5031 or email gadomskifarmmarket@gmail.com to discuss options.
